In the very near future (March-April, 2007), The Wedding Firm of Jeffrey Bost would like to do a joint Venture with Café 267 which would include a site where a bride and groom could get married and have their reception.
The location would be in the Shops of Heritage Plaza Tucker, Georgia where Pedestal Affairs once was located.
Reasons For The Wedding Firm’s Interest:
1. Jeffrey Bost has handled weddings and receptions at this location in the past.
2. This location is within six miles of The Wedding Firm’s Office.
3. A small group of vendors in the area know The Wedding Firm
4. This location was successful in the past and should continue to be successful in the present.
5. Jeffrey Bost has had many ideas for this location which could not be fully realized in the past.
Reasons For Choosing This Location:
1. This location was used for weddings and banquets in the past; therefore, local people will be familiar with it.
2. The location is in a Plaza with many other businesses nearby.
3. Other businesses located in the same Plaza these businesses will generate a lot of foot traffic and potential clients.
4. Shops of Heritage will be anxious not to have an empty building in the Plaza.

Reasons For Choosing Tucker:
1. Tucker needs a place that can provide this type of service.
2. Tucker will want the economic boost that such a place will bring.

network mixers and bringing all of the Firm’s Client to see this location first
Timeline:
It may take approximately one year to book enough events to fill the books.
By the second year, there would be enough profit to do all repairs, and make decisions about continuing in the same location.
