After the consultation:
We will provide you with a summary of your initial plans as discussed during our meeting, with a budget based on these plans for your perusal. We will also send a copy of our contract for your information.
Our booking service.
When you decide to employ us for your wedding day, we will send you two copies of our personalized contract together with our invoice for a 50% deposit.
On return of one copy of the signed contract and your deposit, we will immediately start working on your wedding. Activities will include:
*Researching vendors and wedding service suppliers as appropriate with your specific wedding plans arranging appointments
*Contacting any vendor or supplier you have already booked before we became involved.
*Set and attend all meetings with you, as required, with booked vendors, and wedding service suppliers.
*Schedule regular meetings with you to up date you on your wedding plans
*Provide written reports and budget updates
*Carry out any site visits required.
On your wedding day
We will supervise the preparations at your wedding/reception insuring all wedding service suppliers are where they are suppose to be and deal with any questions that they may have.
We will check that your wedding reception has been laid out, that the guest seating is in accordance with your seating plan, that all gifts and presentation bouquets are positioned sensibly (or conveniently hidden) for easy access during the speeches.
During the actual wedding, we will be overseeing the wedding arrangements and insuring that every thing happens as scheduled.
We are normally on location for about 12 hours on your wedding day. This takes us through your initial arrival at the church to the speeches, cake cutting and all evening entertainment is ready to leave.
